DesignInterview.ai provides a platform for users to practice technical interview questions (both High-Level and Low-Level Design) and receive automated, AI-powered feedback on their solutions. The feedback is generated by Large Language Models and is intended for educational purposes only.
3. User Accounts
To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service are available only through a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. All payments are handled by a third-party payment processor.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service (your "Content"). By submitting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including generating AI feedback.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The feedback provided by the AI is for educational purposes and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or a predictor of real interview performance. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DesignInterview.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
